APPROACH

How I work

Frame before spec

Invariants and consumer-observable failure modes are locked before any design. The measure of success is committed before the first line of code.

Adversarial review

Every design is challenged for blind spots, implicit assumptions, and missing flows before implementation. Findings become resolution items, not post-mortems.

Evidence-based verification

Tests are written first; the spec is law; claims require citations. A live canary after every sprint closes the loop between what was built and what was promised.

Back-propagation

What the canary finds updates the spec for the next sprint. Lessons are persisted to a mnemonic memory system — not lost between sessions.
